T. on the Chukchi Sea

You caught my eye, you

river of ice.  You ask me

no questions.  I’ll tell you,

peaks and valley hurricane.

You howling blizzard of salt.

Here is a white cave but no warmth.

Slow.  Don’t walk too far.

Life is somewhere else.
